'Time and place / as elusive as air / as solid as this ground / I stand on. / Here, where I am placed / at any one time'.
Can't say the thought of work appeals either...I could get used to this home life...D
I agree totally. However, I do sometimes think that going off to work displaces some of the home worries and anxiety with other worry and anxiety and maybe that's a good thing? Don't ask me what I just said. It doesn't even look very cold on your beach, lucky lucky.b
What a gorgeous beach. If you get here I'll need to show you Seacliffe beach, with Tantalllon Castle on the cliffs and the Bass Rock out in the bay.I've enjoyed Easter too. Not for the religios aspect, but just for the sense of family renewal
Hi Kay - hope your first day back at work was a pleasant dip. It's a short work week, which hopefully feels kind! Allens Beach is a favourite peninsula place - you & R are so good at getting out into our local landscape. Your Ploughman's picnic (from a few posts back) got my appetite roaring! Few things beat cheese and pickles on fresh bread.L2u, C
did i write this post?! (my feelings exactly!)aren't we lucky to have the ocean and beach around us, chief?don't let work get in the way of the sun on your shoulders.love to you,kj
You do have beautiful beaches. I have to go further west, into Dorset, to get beaches like that.
What lovely photos...as always. Your home appears to be such a peace-filled place. I am envious.Happy Easter to you and yours!Be well, Kay.
Great photos! Thanks for sharing your corner of the world.
Sigh. You've found my weakness.I can *almost* hear the waves, taste the salt and feel the sand.... almost... I miss the sea so much.Ache.Glad you had a nice Easter!Scarlett & Viaggiatore
Kay,One of the good things about work days is that the holidays are more precious!
