Sprung

Managed to prise the camera off K today and download the photos I had on it of part of the walk to work each morning through the Gardens

and of one of the two lions there ... hopefully, when I find the time to take them over there, both lions can make a visit to Shameless Lions Writing Circle

and the crocuses - taken a fortnight ago before they fully opened ...

forsythia

I also managed to take a couple of photos around here - just to prove spring has arrived ...

kowhai

I get the camera back tomorrow, so will be able to post some more photos through the week.

The lion looks like C.S. Lewis' Aslan. I enjoyed the pictures very much. Love your new book, btw. Did I already mention this?

mapi- I can't wait to be able to write about it, but I must remain patient. Still a fortnight or so to go yet.

Di - Spring does have its lovely moments! I am enjoying them this time round; more than I have for q. some time I believe.

pepek - I love that lion - he's got real character in his face. The two lions guard a set of stone stairs & have been there for as long as I can remember.

The lion, CB, is amazing.
One of my cats often lies in a position like that but her mane is not 1/2 as good...!

chiefbiscuit said...

Jan - Grand mane isn't it?

I love the lion....

Spring is a coming, well here I think...but our garden tends to be a month behind everything else due to the shadows
